We only accept cancellation requests within 1 hour of placing your order. After 1 hour, your order is sent for processing and cannot be modified or canceled.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our Silver Brush has our cutting edge design and delivers a stress-free and painless brushing experience, rejuvenating the head to stimulate organic circulation the follicle craves. Our brush is concentrated enough to ease knots yet gentle enough to be kind on the scalp, bouncing back to their proper form after each stroke.

The difference is that the Silver Brush 2.0 has upgraded bristles without sacrificing the soothing brushing feeling. Your scalp will sigh with love as the upgraded cushion gives just the right amount of bounce.

What is your shipping policy?

Our hair products are cruelty-free! None of them contain xylitol or tea tree oil. Our hair oil is made with pure Argan oil, which repairs and hydrates hair, shielding it against damaging UV rays and styling heat. This lightweight, the grease-free formula leaves your hair feeling refreshed and with a beautiful glow worthy of unicorn status.

Is your hair oil cruelty-free?

We currently are not shipping outside of the United States however we look to open up international orders in the near future. Check back soon as we are expanding our shipping locations as quick as possible!

Does BathPack offer international shipping?

To request a return, you have 30 days from the date of item receipt. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with tags intact. Please note that the following items are not eligible for refund or exchange: final sales, gift cards, custom-made products, and gifts with purchase.
