Once you have placed an order, you should receive an email confirmation to the email address you provided. If for some reason, you did not receive this email, please check your spam folder before contacting our Customer Experience team. ❤️
If your order is placed before 2pm EST, it will be shipped the same day. If it is placed after 2pm EST, it will be shipped the next business day.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
